| We thought that we would drop you a quick note to thank you for all you have done for us in being able to buy our new home. As you know, when we moved here from Nova Scotia, we thought that home ownership was in our DISTANT future. Coupled with the fact that Kelly had just started a new enterprise as a self-employed independent contractor, the odds were against us. You then entered the picture and you made it possible for us to buy a home ahead of schedule. We were very pleased that you showed us a different way to buy our home without traditional banking methods. We would highly recommend to anyone who was self-employed, or unable to buy using banks, to give you and Mister Home Buyer a try. Our experience was very positive you made it all so simple and easy for us to understand everything. As we told you, we are planning some renovations, and wouldn’t mind talking to you again later about a possible purchase once we’re done. Thank you again for all of your efforts |

| I just wanted to thank you for all of your efforts in making it possible for me to buy a home for me and my kids. As a single parent, I thought that home ownership was just a dream for me and you made that dream real and possible for us. I thought that we would be forever destined to rent, pouring my hard earned money down the drain. Now, I am back on track again and into a home I can call my own. The whole process was simple and easy to understand and I was pleased that you took the time to explain each step to me in an easy to understand manner. Thank you for helping me give my kids a beautiful place to live in a neighborhood we have grown to love. I would definitely advise anyone who has had difficulty buying a home using traditional methods to give you a call.
